Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event you must cancel after paying for a registration, your cancellation request must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the beginning of Camp. Your fee will be refunded, minus a $75 admin fee per camper, regardless of the reason, including medical emergencies. Any unpaid balances (registrations or pamperings) within 10 business days prior to Camp is considered a cancellation. No registrations are refunded after this 10-day cutoff. After the 10-day cutoff, no substitutions may be made for the space, sorry.
We regret we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Prepaid pamperings cancellation: to receive a refund, email or fax requests must be received by noon PST, the Wednesday before Camp. Missed appointments are not refunded. Refunds are issued by check within 30 business days after Camp concludes. There is a $25 service charge for returned checks.
